As a member of our Customer Service team, you are responsible for ensuring that our day to day operations run smoothly. Our professionals are people who truly enjoy working with and motivating others. They face many different management challenges every day:

PROLINK's Customer Service Groups provide a wide range of services including supporting policy issuance, premium collection, claim settlement, administrative and technology for all our branch locations. In Customer Service, we artfully blend the efforts of over one hundred individuals with the appropriate technology in order to respond quickly and efficiently to a variety of needs.
